My Premiere workspace — saved as a transferable template across computers. After years of testing, I’ve found multiple project windows for quick asset access works best.
One issue that plagued me before leveling up my management systems was constantly misplacing files. In Premiere, if files move or get renamed, they go offline — killing your workflow. As projects scale, so does folder chaos. After 12 years of editing (since 2012), I finally built a system in 2024 that works. The key is setting up your file management before editing — it takes effort upfront but pays off massively later. No system is perfect, but aim for scalability and minimal cognitive friction
Over the next year, I built a content system:
Numbered every video file for easy tracking and archiving.
Wrote down video formulas — high-performers reused, low-performers retired.
Batched reels monthly — create, schedule, and review data once a month.

By 2025-10, reached 1,908 followers, publishing 12 reels monthly— creation fully systemized.
Return from $35 in ad for a successful reel
After avg of 2 IG ads, $35 only nets 16 followers. Tested ad strategy but sticking to organic growth

Solution: Keep spontaneity alive through Instagram Stories and livestreams — direct, human touchpoints that keep fans engaged.
