I organized meeting scheduling across notion, computer files, google drive, to keep things scalable.
For “meeting 1”: we finished 30 minutes ahead of allocated time (2.5 hr instead of 3hr). Team member Anna commented: “good leadership”
For “meeting 2”: we finished on time, able to get team lunch because of that.
